Registration and keys delivery

Usually we answer back with registration procedure in 24-48 business hours.

If you don't receive the registration information from us in this time frame, please search your spam (junk) mail folder for the letter from very-soft.com mail server.

If you ordered one of Verysoft software product from the online store that sends the license codes directly to the Customer and doesn't receive appropriate information or transaction failed, please contact the online store support team for assistance.

If the issue was not solved or you are not satisfied with the conclusion, please write a message to Verysoft Support Team e-mail to get assistance.

If you order a software product in one of the online store and miss the license code, want to recover the license code or get a refund, please apply to the Customer service of that shop.

Online activation

Registration keys are issued by the Verysoft activation server. Request for getting a new registration key is generated, sent and processed by our products using an Activation code.

Activation code

A customer receives the Activation code after successful payment. A pool of licenses is linked to this Activation code. Amount of licenses in a pool depends on amount of purchased licenses for current product and determines available number of activations. Next time the customer purchases a license on the same product, specifying the same e-mail and registration name, the system will give the old Activation code and increase pool of licenses linked to the activation code. In other case the customer will receive new Activation code with corresponding pool of licenses.

One license — one computer

Product license is unlimited in time, but limited by the computer it can be used on. Registration key is generated based on a computer identifier - Installation ID (Menu -> Help -> About, alphanumeric code in brackets after product version is the Installation ID). If the Installation ID does not change, the activation server will always return existing Registration key, which was generated earlier. Any change of Installation ID means change of computer and requires to obtaint a new Registration key.

Limitations for Registration key distribution

Every Registraton Key request (attempt) to the activation server is traced for every Activation code. The check is performed according to Verysoft EULA: if succeeded, the activation server replies with a new Registration Key and decreases number of available activations for given code; otherwise, the Registration Key is not generated and the activation server returns an error with some code and text message.

The following two limitation are described in the EULA:

a short term limitation, 5 days (a. in specified time period one license cannot be used on two computers simultaneously straight after being purchased; b. do not change computer until this time period ends from moment of previous successful Registration Key request);
long term limitation, 6 months (in specified time period more than two changes of computer cannot be performed for one purchased license)

Activation server returns error with code 402 when one of the rules is infringed. In any case new key can be received for FREE using specified Activation code when the limitation is over.

VIP access

If you work in a team, purchased number of licenses and it is inconvenient to use one Activation code for all members (there is a risk, for example, that the code can become public), VIP access can be granted (upon request to Verysoft support). With VIP access you can manually and once distribute total pool of licenses on required amount of Activation codes. After VIP access customer purchase new license new Activation code is not generated and sent. Instead of, the Customer receives invitation to generate it by himself.

If you've already purchased the program

Please, contact Verysoft support and ask to start using new version. We will send you the Activation code with number of license you purchased earlier.

Offline activation

If the Internet connection or connection with activation server is not available, it is always possible to activate program manually. The procedure is the same as in old product versions: the program generates a body for a email with specified data for activation, customer sends the email to the Verysoft Support Team. With rare exceptions, answer on the email comes in the same business day.

License agreements and Terms of Use

Every Verysoft application package contains «End User License Agreement» (EULA). Please read it carefully to be informed about parties' responsibility.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE, READ THIS LICENSE BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY FOLLOWING THE "OK" 
BUTTON OR ANYHOW USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE ALL

"CANCEL" BUTTON, UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION AND DELETE ITS DISTRIBUTIVE AND ALL

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and Verysoft, LLC. Please, read it
carefully. This EULA covers all existing versions of products
 and their beta versions from now on referred below as
"PRODUCT" unless otherwise specified.

This software is shareware (TRY before you BUY). This means:

1. All rights to this PRODUCT are exclusively owned by Verysoft, LLC.
Verysoft, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

2. The PRODUCT is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
and treaties. Verysoft, LLC owns the PRODUCT title, PRODUCT content, copyright,
and other intellectual property rights in the PRODUCT except third-party
software products and modules included in the PRODUCT, if any. The PRODUCT is
licensed, not sold.

3. THIS PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA
LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
THIS SOFTWARE.

4. You must not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble and reverse engineer the PRODUCT. Any attempt of unauthorized use
will result in immediate and automatic termination of this EULA and may
result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted
here are reserved by Verysoft, LLC.

5. Installing, copying, loading and otherwise using this software signifies the
acceptance of the all license terms and conditions.

6. If you do not agree with the license terms and conditions you must remove
installed software and all its files from your storage devices and cease to use
the PRODUCT.

7. "COMPUTER" term in this EULA represents either electronic equipment itself
if it is serving as a separate computing individual or computer system
(mainframe) in the part computer belongs to.

8. Present agreement with end-user (including all supplements and modifications,
that deliver with software) is full legal agreement between you and Verysoft,
LLC about PRODUCTS mentioned in this EULA and commute for all previous and
current oral and written statements, announcements, suggestions and declarations
concerning licensed software. If any of clause in current agreement become void,
impracticable or unlawful, all the rest of clauses are in force legal.

If you already register PRODUCT, please, refer the section A. "FOR REGISTRED USERS".

If you use unregistered version of PRODUCT, please, refer the section B.
"FOR UNREGISTRED USERS".

A. "FOR REGISTRED USERS".

A.1. After PRODUCT registration, the Registration Key is provided to the user. 
The Registration Key incarnates the right to use with one version of the licensed 
software under the conditions listed in this EULA.

A.2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive, transferable single
license for any legal purposes, without right to sub-license, to use this PRODUCT
in accordance with this EULA and any other written agreement with Verysoft.

A.3. Single instance of the license gives to the user the right to use PRODUCT ONLY ON 
THE ONE COMPUTER IN CURRENT HARDWARE CONFIGURATION. CURRENT HARDWARE CONFIGURATION 
means that program uses for internal needs information about user's MOTHERBOARD,
PROCESSOR and HARD DRIVE. CURRENT HARDWARE CONFIGURATION is represented by the 
unique Installation ID provided by the user during the registration process. 
If the user changes CURRENT HARDWARE CONFIGURATION, the Installation ID will change too.
Change of the Installation ID leads to request new Registration Key.

A.4. Verysoft LLC allows to the user to request new Registration Key FOR FREE NOT 
MORE THAN TWO TIMES IN A HALF OF YEAR. Limitation in clause A.5. must be counted. 
If the user needs to exchange the CURRENT HARDWARE CONFIGURATION more often than 
2 times in a half of a year, the user must purchase additional license(s).

A.5. Verysoft LLC does not allow to the user to change the Registration Key until 
FIVE DAYS will pass since the last date of the Registrartion Key change.

A.6. License itself and software can't be leased or rent, but can be granted to
third-party individuals (parties) for constant use if they accept all terms of
this agreement.

B. "FOR UNREGISTRED USERS".

B.1. Anyone may use unregistered limited version of this software during trial
period. If you wish to have fully operable PRODUCT version, you must register.

B.2. The unregistered version of this PRODUCT may be freely distributed,
provided the as non-modified distribution package. If the PRODUCT is an update
version, the transfer must include this update and all the previous versions.
None of person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of this PRODUCT
without written permission from the copyright holder.
